Updated NCATS Contigs

I have updated the Nascar Canadian Tire Series cars. Each car has the Nationwide banner removed, and at the very least, the NCATS logo has been added along with the Keystone Light Pole sticker and the Petro Can Ultra 94 fuel logo. The pictures have not been updated, but the cars have been.
